AFAIK compiling from source should guarantee that your install will work. Im pretty sure mozilla supports 7.3 at the source code level. Please read up on how to install from source. Otherwise you need to find someone who has already compiled the source into rpm specifically for 7.3. > > Also, I am not sure where to put the newer version of Mozilla. Mozilla should install itself to /usr/local/lib (/usr/lib if you set the ./configure prefix to /usr not /usr/local) and a binary script to /usr/local/bin (/usr/bin if you set the prefix as above). So long as the binary script is world executable and mozilla libraries are world readable then itll work. If you have doubts, try installing it on a non-mission-critical system first. > > Does anyone know what the encrytion level for the latest version of > Mozilla 1.4 is? I JUST checked the website and http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.4/contributed/Red_Hat_7x_RPMS/i386/ appears to be the rpms youll need to upgrade no problem. Youll minimally need the mozilla 1.4, nspr, nss, and psm rpms. Cheers, Ryan -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
