Hi Everybody, i'm thinking about changing from a SuSE Linux distribution to RedHat cause of some SuSE-trouble with networking, and other little problems.
Before changing, i've some questions; hope you (or some links that you give me) can belp me! First: Am i right, that RedHat supports programms like - VMware Express x.x - VMware 3.x - OpenOffice - KDE & GNome - mp3-player XMMS - scanner-software xsane - ps2pdf ... - mplayer hardware like - scanners - CD/DVD-burner - Zip-drives - DSL- ISDN- ards - SCSI-cards & dirves - local and network printers Second: Can RedHat run on a PC with both Windows and RedHat installed (on different HD's)? Is a bootmanager inclueded, that can manage these systems (no boot-disk needed)? Third: Is the documentation included the Distribution precise enought to help building up a (very little) network - starting with 2 or 3 computers? Last: Are there also german mailing-lists, and can the lists be recived on the computer, or can i only read them at the RedHat page? thanks for your answers (i hope you don't read these questions every day...)! many greetins, Mauritius -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
