If you still have your 2.0 kernel in place, use it.

Otherwise, go to rescue mode, copy a 2.0 kernel into place (with a new name), 
update /etc/lilo.conf to suit, rerun lilo and of clean, reboot with your new 
old kerrnel.

Once that works, build yourself a i386 2.2 kernel.

Oh, you could try the i386 version of the 2.2.14. That should work.

If you need to download source, get 2.2.16 source and build your own. Be sure 
to turn off any P-III bits;-)
