rhamsk does an XOR mask against the original rpm ... which means that in
addition to keeping the entire original RPM on the local hard disk, the
rhmask file which needs to be transferred is at least as big as the
original RPM.
The rhmask file might compress well, though using xdelta is probably
still a better bet.
