I have made sure there is no occurance of the string Red Hat or RedHat
in any file I can edit ( except for those occuring in (c) notices.

I have checked this line and this is a paste of my line
 if (access("/tmp/rhimage/Canon", R_OK)) {

I _must be missing some thing in the preliminary to this.
My process goes like this
edit ALL files in /misc/src/* and insert Canon in place of RedHat and Red
Hat.
then in the / misc/src/install/ I run make
then in the /misc/src/installinit I run make
then into /misc/src/trees and run the mkinitrd script
then in the same dir I run the mkboot script
I then cp the newly created initrd-local.img to
/dosutils/autoboot/initrd.img
then I run the the updboots script
Then use mkisofs to create and image and burn to cd.

Upon booting I still have the same problem with the bootup
It then loads initrd.img
It then loads vmlinuz
Next it gives me a screen that says "Welcome to redhat"
Upon continuing it cannot find a RedHat cd iin the drive.
This is not surprising as the RedHat dir is now named Canon.
If I put in a original RedHat cd it then loads up no problems.

What can I be missing here. I think something is not compiled
correctly before the updboots script is run

Kind regards
Kevin
