Spinach, Pear, And Blue-Cheese Salad Ingredients: 1 pkg. (10 oz.) spinach, stems removed, washed well and torn 2 pears, cored and cut into bite-size cubes 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted 2 oz. crumbled blue cheese 1/4 cup bottled non-fat raspberry vinaigrette Directions: Heat the oven to 350º F. (175º C). Place walnuts on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool completely before using. In a large bowl, combine spinach, pears, walnuts and cheese and toss gently. Pour dressing over salad, toss to coat.
