Banana Pudding
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2-1/4 c. milk
1 3-1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
24 vanilla wafers
2 c. banana slices
Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk. Mix at medium speed with an
electric mixer until well blended. Add remaining milk and pudding mix,
beat at low speed 1 minute.
Layer 1/3 of the pudding mixture, half of wafers, and half of bananas
in 1-1/2 quart serving bowl. Repeat layers. Top with remaining
pudding. Cover surface with waxed paper or plastic wrap. Chill.
Garnish with additional banana slices and wafers.
Serves 8 to 10.
