Hi John

If these are older non A versions you can’t update the firmware without a board change.
Best practice is inverter with newest firmware as master and see if that works

Let us know.

It was 30 ADC.  And it happened after adding the second inverter to increase charge rate. I just checked last info on Optics
and found that the 2nd inverter is newer firmware (61 and 68) . I had made sure all other settings were identical on both inverters but didn't look at firmware.
Now I realize the 2nd inverter may be fighting with the first one if they have different firmware.  Guess I better start there and update the older inverter if possible.
Actual charge rate was also half of what it should be based on AC charge current settings.

Hi John

Do you mean 30 amps dc or AC from the inverter?

Regardless I can only think the issue is programming.

Is this a new issue after new equipment or ?

The current would climb up in about 10 seconds and then slowly go back to 0 in about the same amount of time and then repeat.  For some reason when we unplugged the FM100 from the HUB, charging would resume at about 40 ADC continuous from the generator..  This happens when the sun is out and when dark so the solar input is having no effect on this strange behavior.   Any ideas?
