We have another awkward thing going on with Solaredge right now.  Twice in the 
last month or so, one of our customers systems has been transferred to another 
installer without the customers (or our) permission.  The other installer isn’t 
even local.  Maybe the $99 fee will help alleviate that from happening 
again…idk.   Tech support did not respond well the first time(said we needed to 
fill out a transfer form), and this time they haven’t responded yet (been 
almost a week).
