I’ve not been able to get through to tech support via phone for some time now.
Try emailing Rhodes [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>. Once he
is engaged on an issue the support is quite good and is very knowledgeable
about the product.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] Schneider Tech Support

Hello
Have any of you been in contact with tech support at Schneider? I haven't
worked with their equipment in several years. I'm working on repairing another
contractor's system, and when I tried to call tech support in the middle of the
day, no one answered the call. I remember several years ago there was a special
number to press once you were in the Schneider tech support answering system,
but if you followed the prompts you wouldn't actually get to tech support.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help,

Vince McClellan
