Amanda Got a call from a family in North Ga who had a Generac system installed by some company out of Knoxville ( who did not install it themselves ). It is not working, the company who sold it will not service it or correct the issues. They claim they have no one who can do that. Apparently Generac does not seem to be able to help them either and the Family has asked that I come up and work on the system. Does anyone have a # for someone at Generac that will step up??
