Hello all, I don’t post much anymore but I’m in the process of installing a small (6.4) kw system on my condo, I started putting it in and went to the city for a permit but the city told me they can’t give me a permit without HOA approval. I’m well within the parameters I know they require, but I didn’t get their permission. The way I read the more recent Solar Access Laws there is no grounds for this. Does anyone have any recent experience with this?
