We are not dealing with many flat roofs in snow country [thank goodness] but
are very impressed with the Chemlink product hot or cold it appears to be very
stable. Just spendy.

This is a good topic. We are finding more and more flat roofs with rigid
insulation installed over the wood decking to provide cricketing (for drainage)
and insulation for the home. Installing standard stanchions is difficult
because it is hard to find the rafters and also we need to use a hole saw to
cut through the rigid insulation so the base of the stanchion has a solid deck
to attach to. Very difficult all around! Nonetheless, we still mainly use
Chemlink E-Curbs or work with a roofer to flash and seal.

We have tried a few projects with the Unirac Flashloc RM product:
https://unirac.com/flashloc-rm/ All in all, our crews like them although they
are expensive. The tricky part is getting the engineering to work out since
this type of product can be used to attach solely to the decking.

We're also trying out the Anchor Products U2400 that Jeff mentioned. And, we're
using the OMG Powergrip product on a commercial project:

Have a look at U2400s from Anchor Products. You can order them to match the
type of roof you are dealing with.

E-Curbs here.

Some roofing manufacturers require that you use their sealant pockets and
sealant to maintain their warranty, and some require that you use their
certified roofing contractors. Firestone is one of them for TPO roofs, and
their TPO accessories are very expensive (even more than Chemlink).

Anyone have a favorite pitch pocket they use for flat roofs? We have a larger
residential system with an EPDM flat roof (decking, 2" of rigid insulation,
then EPDM). We are trying to keep the array as low to the roof as possible.
We've used Chemlink E-Curbs to seal around stand-off's in the past, but figured
I'd reach out and see if there are any other products folks like?

Thanks.
