We have had mixed results with this. I like the product. Some roof
manufacturers and roofing contractors have resisted despite Anchor's
ability to use the exact same manufacturer's patches. Again, Firestone has
been one of them, insisting on their own accessories. It does provide a
very low profile option and they have a variety of base plates. They aren't
cheap either, but can be lower price than a separate mount and
portable sealer pocket. You can also order them with at least two sizes of
threaded stud if you intend to use a post with internal threads.
