I don't see why not, I have one I'm experimenting with in my garage now and
it passes power through the bus prior to commissioning. I would make sure
to add the Eaton BR main breaker in the Enpower at whatever amperage
required for a more trustworthy discontent than the relay manual switch. It
doesn't come with any breakers.

You could also commission it as a single device, perhaps? The app lets you
add devices later.
