Hi all I hear what folks are saying about what my distributor should do and I’m caught. Because the OEM says it’s not a warranty issue and it’s not shipping damage.
The distributor is caught in the middle. Distributor cut me what I think is a good deal. I can send them back on my dime and get another pallet. That’s $1400+ for shipping and my time. Drive to town pay the forklift guy wait all day to meet the truck on both delivery and pickup. Which is another $.11 watt. Vs the $.13 discount that my distributor is giving me. Taken together is a $.24 per watt savings. So I take it the other way. The distributor is really helping me out. And I’ll be sure to give the distributor more biz. But I won’t buy CS again and you can be sure I’ll bad mouth them for years. It would have be nothing for them to cut me a deal. It shouldn’t have been the distributor who did. I haven’t stated the distributor specifically because there are many of you that feel they have done me wrong. I disagree and I don’t want them trashed.
