Concur with Sandra completely. 

All of my clients are having no
problems with Insight2 as far as what Howie wrote. It has been very
reliable for about a year now. 

The remote programming with Insight2 has
had a few issues but it is on the sched to be fixed. Many are working fine
but a few are not and that is what Trevor addressed in a troubleshooting
tool. The Gateway can be remote programmed also and has had very few
problems since beta testing. Even then it was solid.

Do these problems
encompass having sites that previously were configured and operating on
Insight2, but for at least the last month or 2 have shown up on the home
page, but either show no connectivity or no devices? This has been my
experience and it is a major issue since I sold my clients on the remote
monitoring and configuration capability of the XW. I have spoken with tech
support several times with no resolution...

Hi Dave, 

 We
are working on a new firmware which will help to troubleshoot this issue.
We have already identified a cloud side issue which is being implemented as
we speak and it should address a bunch of failures.  

If you want, you can
post a note on Wrenches and tell them that your "inside contact" has
confirmed a fix is being worked on 😊  

We should have something ready in a
week or 2.
