Some who have been experiencing the inability to remotely control with Insight2 should know that a fix is on it's way. I got this yesterday. There was also a Gateway and mobile App update on the Schneider site. You may want to try it again soon and let me know please. Thx! We have already identified a cloud side issue which is being implemented as we speak and it should address a bunch of failures.
