Dave, Do these problems encompass having sites that previously were configured and operating on Insight2, but for at least the last month or 2 have shown up on the home page, but either show no connectivity or no devices? This has been my experience and it is a major issue since I sold my clients on the remote monitoring and configuration capability of the XW. I have spoken with tech support several times with no resolution... Howie
