Thanks Howie, Yes, I am aware of this. I think getting on the REwrenches list is rigorous enough to allow a quick pass, but I could be wrong and/or overly optimistic. I fully understand Schneider's position on this and appreciate it (I really do). It is an easy filter to work through but a bit confusing. I'm just trying to help with quick resolution, but I can appreciate what they are trying to do. In some ways, a secret installer-only code, is the best resolution we can hope for to mitigate the tech support burden that these companies have. I can only imagine the questions that they receive. Apologies if I was too free with that info.
