I wonder if by the rounded shape of the flag, Todd's idea might work
fine with still a significant amount of contact area.

a bolt remnant that is corroded into a flag terminal. Both sides
snapped off flush with the flag. I was thinking try to drill it out
or maybe a small gear pulling tool? I will never again use the non
