You can get a lot of information from Roy Early @ 860-828-6007. Roy is 3rd generation battery man & does 99.9% of all Surrette battery repairs. I have talked to him about dry charged batteries in the past, I'm sure Roy will be able to shed some light on this issue. Let us know what Roy says & if it helps. Thanks TUMP
