It's exactly the same. Specialized was responsible for those ancient blackwalls on English 3-speeds, too. FACT!
OK, just kidding, but here is a real story about Specialized. Working at a Specialized dealer in the late 1980s we were amused to see some of the Taiwan bike boxes with a typo. Some of the Rockhopper boxes were labeled: ROCKPOOHER. Sadly the decals on the frames actually said Rockhopper.
