I rode the 60cm Cheviot yesterday for a short spin (Esteban: I must've just missed you!). The Cheviot was a really nice ride. A bit more stable and steady than my Gomez; due to the longer wheelbase and the "engine an inch towards the back" design evolution. It's gonna be a great bike.
The RBBH shop is pretty special.
