The short amount of time I've used reverso levers have been on fixed gear 
bikes, so I didn't have to deal with shifter placement as well. I've been 
considering gearing that bike up again after a dozen fixie years. Thanks to 
you guys, I now have a (terrible) plan to install one reverse front brake 
lever on the left, and one bar-end shifter on the right!
