Micheal, I have built both the Synergy and the A23 in 700C. The Synergy can only handle 100 Kgf spoke tension without puckering at the spoke holes. The A23 is my new fav because it can be tensioned to 130 Kgf and it is still available in off center drilling. The weight also drops.
