No personal experience with woody fenders in use, but i've seen Tom A's in person, and they are beautiful. He's done a stellar job of describing it, and there is an almost consensus of the strengths/weaknesses compared to plastic or metal.
the one thing that holds me back on them (and something others have not mentioned) is how durable the wood ones are bumping into things, i live in a really tight apartment with a curved staircase, so i always seem to bang the rear fender against the wall, the plastic/metals ones bounce back into shape, how would the wood ones fair? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
