I second Bill's recent comments; did not have positive experience with them. They are also high maintenance for you will need to apply a coat or two of polyurethane once in a while. Here in Minnesota, I had to apply few more times than normally. By the way, they were custom made Woody fenders for my Surly Pugsley as the metal and plastic were (and still ??) not available at that time.
