Unfortunately, most of the women I see riding in my area are just copying the carbon boys in equipment, style, and even bad manners. Some even seem to be trying to one up them (overcompensating?). When it comes to cycling, simply put, there's not enough dilly-dallying or lollygagging by either gender.
