One last detail. I did that conversion on my Hunqapillar but the wide chain stays for the extra clearance for wider tires forced me to go to a wider BB as the 40 new "middle" ring was almost touching the outside of the chain stay.
Ended up going to a wider 113mm BB and a 24/38/bash guard, but the 40 fits well.
