Kellie, Is the Alfine 11 as sturdy as the 8 for mixed off road use? I have the 8 but heard the 11 was a bit more delicate, at least the first few runs. I would much prefer something that sits in an oil bath rather than the shimano mystery grease that stops mine from seizing.
