It's normal, having a forum where 1% of the people do 90% of the talking. 90% 
lurk, 10% participate, 1% participate daily.

If you want to see a change, post more questions, or chime in with expertise. I 
would bet a small amount of prestige that some old silverbacks would step back 
to make room, and the proportions would stay the same. If someone wants a 
doctoral thesis, they could graph this group's participation as an example of 
the rule. Master's thesis, maybe. For a Doctorate, you'd need to find an 
anomalous group, and explain what makes it unique and how to replicate it...
