"I second the appeal to Riv to remake those stems, but with a much longer quill. I do think that, if you are going to raise a bar high above the steerer, the extension ought to have a positive angle, and the Ritchey splits the difference between a "7" and an upjutter. And, the Ritchey is simply a nice looking stem.
