The sense of value has nothing to do but with the one doing the valuing :) Considering these saddles last a long time and are a one time investment, reach your own conclusion. You can pay now ... or pay more at another now !
I wish I could ride a leather saddle .. but I am one who cannot... I never could dating back to my first Fuji ten speed in the 70's with a leather saddle.
