With that set-up, I'd say it's a good, but not OMG how fantastic, price.
That would probably be what I'd ask for my early Sam Hillborne with Nitto
stem/bars, seatpost, V brakes, SON front hub, Phil freewheel rear hub,
Nitto rear rack and mini front.  Along with all the other parts I don't
want to list now.  And the bike has been ridden about 6000 miles since I
got it and has corresponding wear.

So, if it's a really clean bike, and it's the right size, there would be
nothing wrong with buying it.
