There sizing is spot-on. Drink the kool-aid. I have, I think, 8 Rivendell bikes. When I discovered Rivendell in 1998, I was confident I knew more about frame sizing than they did - - but soon learned the error of my old havits. The first frame I got was a Heron. Grant suggested a larger size, 62 or 63, and I chose the smaller... and soon concluded I should have gone with his recommendation. Of my 8 frames, I followed Riv's sizing advice on all but one... and have concluded that I should have followed their advice on that one, too.
