For coverage, it will be close.  The hardware on the front fender might, or 
might not clear a 42.  Have 700x40 Marathon Duremes on the Sam Hillborne 
and had to fiddle with the cream longboards to get everything to work.  
Tried to mount the front fender to the rack yesterday and threw everything 
out of line.  Was able to get it back to normal, but now have a large hole 
in the top of the fender.  And still no attachment to the rack.  Sigh.
 
But the fenders should just, barely, eke out coverage.  IMO, the silvers 
are a touch better in that department than the creamboards.
