Darin: Does your question relate to the color or the size? In either case, it's easily changed if you don't care for the look or the coverage. FWIW, I've seen silver fenders on an Atlantis (not mine) & they look fine.
Try 50 psi front / 60 rear on the 42mm Marathon Supremes for a start point. For me (total bike + rider around 200-210 lbs), those pressures ride nicely unloaded.
