Definitely going to get a copy of the book.

I can't stomach V8 but I see lots of folks drinking it on brevets. It
supposedly works great for keeping cramps at bay. I've also seen folks
sucking down mustard packets. Again, not for me but seems to work well
for others. I tend to use electrolyte tablets or a bottle mixed with
apple juice and water.
