Here's another, this time from your hotel around Diamond Head. Be careful riding through Waikiki, drivers are nuts and there's a lot of commercial traffic. Feel free to take the lane though when necessary or you get stuck behind traffic turning right off Kalakaua to hotels. You'll have lots of opportunities to stop and make images if you like though.
http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/67132370 Once you are around Diamond Head I've taken you down a bike path on the "back side" of the Ala Wai golf course. There is a bike path running on the other side which might be more scenic but which also has a lot more traffic and possibilities for getting doored. I prefer this path - I'm on it several times a week getting around town (though I don't do Diamond Head daily). You can also extend this ride a bit and see how some of the well off live by forgoing the immediate turn back around Diamond Head and continuing straight down Kahala Ave till you get to the next park - then turn around head back, take the turn around Diamond Head and finish the ride as mapped.
