The trail is still missing a small portion going through the Sandcastle waterpark - it was supposed to have been completed by the winter, but it ran a little behind schedule and is slated to be completed in the spring now. They seemed to be mostly done with it when last I passed, so that estimate certainly seems believable. -Dan
