I've recently done the Nitto Mini Front installation on Sam Hillborne (700C wheel). Based on your picture, it doesn't look too far off to me.
I did have to bend the struts by hand for it to fit (note that the center strut is a lot easier to bend than the support ones on the sides). Just make sure not to let the rack sit too low. I ran into problems later with fender installation. The rack was sitting too low and the light mount at the front was interfering with the curvature of the fender. I eventually had to re-bend the struts and raise the rack a bit. Let me know if you need some pictures. I can try to take a few when I get some time.
