Are you riding with your hands on the drop part of the bar.....if so move on up to the hoods and get a tall enough stem the right length. You want your back angle to be about 45-50 degrees. Sitting more upright than that might be comfortable for shorter rides but its less than ideal for a good blend of performance and comfort. The drop bar properly set up allows one to use the tops for the most upright (with that bar) position and three other useful hand positions.
