Hello everyone,

I'm building up a bike from scratch for the first time in my life
(exciting!) and I have a question about grease and beeswax. I think I
am solid on which parts of a bike should be greased - bb threads,
seatpost, stem, screws that hold on cranks, threading where pedals
screw in (am I missing any?). What I am less clear about is when one
should apply beeswax to screws. I've watched all the Riv youtube
videos and have seen beeswax applied at various points (to the screws
that hold on downtube shifters, for instance), but I haven't found a
comprehensive list. Is there any rhyme or reason to when one should be
applying the stuff? Does it go on everything? Rear derailer? Brake
bolts? Fender stays?

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
