In October of 2005, while riding my All-Rounder from the Rivendell weekend back to my then home in Los Angeles, I ran into a Swiss couple on bikes with 14 speed Rohloff hubs...they loved them. They said they were heading down the coast into Mexico...wonder if it's the same folks! Never done the Rohloff thing myself.
