So how is this not a "retreat from 650B in larger sizes"? The Sam is available in 650b only in 52 cm and below. If you want to use a 38 or a 42 mm tire (yes, it's fine that some never feel the need for a tire that wide, but there are those of us who do want them) what do you have in 700C that is even remotely comparable to a Hetre or a Pari Moto?
