Slightly o/t: I long for the day some genius comes out with (actually recreates - I believe these were on the market once) a wind up shaver to take camping. Blades are a pain when staying outdoors. Camp grounds with electric - are - well just not what I have in mind when camping. You can get nice wind up radios. Why not a wind up shaver?
At home I use cartridges but the handle itself is a swell upscale nickel plated steel thing. I've shaved every day of my adult life. Though I have very brown hair atop my head, some long ago ancestor from the Alsace had red hair and saw fit to cede these to my beard. Perhaps I should have been a pirate ...
