That was a follow up post made by Bob C. Not the original post. Further, I'm not quite sure why this was referenced to Angus' Quickbeam, other than a "this could happen to you..." example. If I followed Bob's post appropriately, he was saying _all_ bicycles exhibited shimmy, when he rode them.
