I've received a couple of FedEx tariff bills, in the last year, for Bluelug deliveries.
They always arrive first by email (though I think there might have been texts as well). As someone who is over 65 I am always being warned not to get fooled by parties trying to get money by text or email for purchases I have not initiated with them. That's good advice. So I just ignore the electronic billing and wait for the paper bill to arrive in the mail. I pay that.
