As someone who currently owns five bikes, all Rivs and has helped relatives get another four, and has sold two, the OP’s comment made me laugh. I wasn’t offended at all. Once I bought an Appa in May 2017, I got rid of my other two bikes ( a Scott and an Electra) and replaced them, and more, with Rivs. I have received a Valentine’s card from the Riv crew and I know many other Rivsister friends have gotten cards too, just a sweet gesture from them, nothing sinister.
